CST^SM-US,CornerStone Technologies^SM Intenational, LLC is an American company with the main office in Memphis, TN responsible for business development, software consulting and development, product marketing and sale in the worldwide market. CST^SM-US also provides contracting, Customer Relations Management, and Quality Assurance Management.

CST^SM-UK, CornerSoft Technologies^SM, LTD is an English company located in London that is responsible for consulting, marketing and selling our services and products in the United Kingdom and Ireland, also contracting, Customer Relations Management, and quality of services management.

CST^SM-TE, CST Title Escrow^SM, LLC an American company located in Memphis, TN providing the business methodology and software application designed to create efficiencies to the loan closing process. It handles document preparation, disbursement of funds, title policy work, secure electronic document management and the entire work flow involved in a closing process. CST^SM-TE is using "eClosing", the proprietary software developed by the Group to meet US requirements and regulations. "eClosing" can easily be customized for other countries where the closing process is based on Anglo-Saxon principles.

CST^SM Group is using audio/video conferencing and Voice over IP communication facilities in addition to classical telephone and fax communication services, as the communication infrastructure for all the group. As an international group we pay a special attention to access and data security issues. Our office local area networks are implemented as DMZ which provides the data exchange in a secure working environment. The security and monitoring system we have implemented protects our customers' data and ours, as well. Project scheduling and tracking, resource allocation and activity reports, issues and changes as well as quality assurance are managed by our "on-line" web-based VEMS tools, developed in house. These provide for more efficient project management activities despite the geographically dispersed nature of teams and their activities involved in common projects. VEMS - Virtual Enterprise Management System is our ultimate on line enterprise management system merging the experience we have on project management and quality system management.
