Teams are recruited mainly from the top graduates of "Politehnica" University of Bucharest, the largest and the most prestigious technical university in the country. An average of 500 Computer Engineers graduate each year with a degree equivalent to US or UK Master of Science. The admission at "Politehnica" is highly competitive; the best high-school students all over the country are competing every year for admission to the Computer Science and Engineering School at PUB. For the benefit of our clients, all our developers are fluent in English. Some have graduated from the Department of Engineering Sciences, English Stream - PUB Department where the teaching language is English. Some of our developers also speak German or French.

They all easily migrate to new assignments and have an excellent capacity to adjust to new software development tasks.
