As the technology improved, he became involved with Internet technology.
In 1990 he founded InterComp, a private Romanian company for which he
was president. InterComp involved in computer system integration and
network applications. In 1993, Trandafir designed and implemented StarNets,
a leading nation wide area network for commercial Internet Services.
In 1998, Dr. Moisa co-founded CSTSM
Group of companies structured to meet software development outsourcing
requirements in the global market.
Dr. Moisa has written 7 books and 11 university textbooks, published
58 articles and has 102 unpublished papers that were presented at scientific
events. He has 4 registered patents. He is an ACM and IEEE member and
was selected by Who's Who in the World. He also received "Traian Vuia"
Scientific Award of the Romanian Academy the most prestigious scientific
award in Romania.
Jason Fisher (Director of CornerSoft TechnologiesSM
Romania), is a resident of Collierville, TN. Fisher graduated from the University of Memphis in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics and Computer Science.
After graduation, he founded Fisher Research, Inc., a technology solutions provider. Fisher Reseach was renamed Netrify Technologies, Inc. in 1997 and began to specialize in Internet software development. At Netrify, Fisher designed a web based event management application for Bellevue Baptist Church that became the core of the EventU product. In 1998, Fisher sold Netrify (which was later renamed to ServiceU) and founded Cornerstone Technologies International, a software development firm based in Romania. Cornerstone's client list has grown to include companies such as Hewlett Packard, Lucent, Federal Express, and Regions Bank.
In 2002, Fisher resigned as President of Cornerstone Technologies to start Asentinel with David Perdue. Fisher is the principal architect and patent inventor for Asentinel's software products. He continues to serve as a director of Cornerstone Technologies International.
Warren Creighton (Director of CornerSoft TechnologiesSM
Romania), is a resident of Jamestown, NC. Warren graduated from the University of Arkansas
with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
From 1966-1980, he was Founder, Chairman and CEO of U.M.I.C. Securities
Corporation in Memphis, TN. Here he led the firm to become the
largest volume public securities trading company among regional
dealers. From 1980-1987, he was founder and CEO of Union Planters
National Bank's Investment Banking Group and led it to become
the 4th largest investment firm among the national banking system.
For the IGB, Warren developed both a profit asset liability system
and a portfolio services for 2nd tier financial institutions.
From 1983-1985, Warren was appointed to the board of directors
of Fenacore Foreign Exchange Trading Company in Paris, France.
Here he assisted in the recapitalization and restructuring of
this major foreign exchange trading company.
Dr.
Cristian Morarescu (Technical Director of CornerSoft TechnologiesSM
Romania), a resident of Bucharest, Romania, graduated in 1986 with a
Masters of Science from the Computer Science and Engineering Department
of the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest (now "Politehnica" University
of Bucharest). In 1997 he received a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering
from the same university.
Starting in 1992 Cristian worked for 12 months as a developer at the
Software Department for Public Switches at Siemens AG in Muenchen Germany.
From 1993 until 1999 he was involved with different logistic projects
for ESG AG and BMW AG, coordinated by Regensburg University. He was
also a MIS consultant for Bossard Consultants and Irish Management Institute
for a couple of EU projects.
In 2000 he started working for Sota Software Development, which is a
subsidiary of Sota Communications that includes a CD/DVD and MC factory,
GSM Mobile communications, and Steel Trade. It employs over 100 people
and has been in business since 1990. Here, Cristian organized the IT
department from scratch to a total growth of 25 members in 8 months,
having project management responsibilities. He was also in charge with
CTO responsibilities for Funderstanding, Livingston, New Jersey, USA.
Cristian joined CST team in 2001 starting as IT Consultant for the development
and implementation of the CST Quality System. He was later promoted
as Technical Director, being in charge with the refining of the entire
project lifecycle processes and procedures according to ISO 9001 standard
and CMM level 4. He is also involved in development of functional specifications,
project planning and analysis of client requests. He is associated with
"Politehnica" University of Bucharest working as a senior lecturer.
He collaborated to writing of 7 books and 43 papers.
Stefan
(Doru) Chiriacescu (Administrative Director of CornerSoft
TechnologiesSM, Romania) is
a resident of Bucharest, Romania. He graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor
of Science from the Electrical Machines and Devices Department of the
Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest (now "Politehnica" University of
Bucharest). After 1990 he has taken post-graduate training in Management
- Marketing, Finances - Accounting from the Academy of Economical Sciences,
Bucharest and Quality Management from the Romanian Society of Quality
Assurance.
From 1976 to 1981 he has worked for the Precision Mechanics Factory
in Bucharest as an engineer at the Quality Technical Control Department,
and then as Designer Engineer and Technological Engineer at the Research
and Development of Measuring Machines and Dynamic Control Department.
Since 1981 he has been Main Scientific Research Engineer and Project
Leader at the Electronic Dimensional Control Department from the National
Research & Development Institute for Precision Mechanics of Bucharest.
During this period of time, Doru has also been involved in other scientific
and administrative activities, such as being Chief of Staff at the Prototype
and Small Series Production of Electronic Dimensional Control Department,
working part-time as an administrator and accountant for different companies.
In the 80's he performed as a part-time assistant at the Electric Measurements
Department of Electrotechnics Faculty from the "Politechnica" University
of Bucharest.
